Enrollment Policy

Rockwell Automation Training Services class registration will close exactly seven (7) calendar days prior to the class start time and date. No exceptions will be granted.



Student Materials Policy

To lessen our impact to the environment, Rockwell Automation is providing student course materials for Instructor Led training courses in a paperless format. You will access these materials while in class using your personal device.

If you are attending an in person training class and would like to purchase hard copy student materials, they are available for a fee, and can be purchased with attendance in a course via the hosting Distributor or your local Distributor.



Refund Policy

This policy applies to training enrollments paid by credit card and placed online or by phone.

To request a refund, contact your Enrollment Specialist for details.

WITHIN 60 DAYS of purchase date: Rockwell Automation will issue a refund to the original credit card.

OVER 60 DAYS of purchase date: Rockwell Automation will issue a training credit toward the purchase of another class.

Check the Cancellation Policy to determine eligible refund.



Cancellation Policy

If the enrollment is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled start of the event, 100% of the tuition will be refunded. If cancelled 14 days or less before the scheduled start of the event, 50% of the full tuition amount will be billed for standard enrollments. If a student fails to appear for a scheduled course, full tuition will be charged.

Please Note: There will be a 25% restock fee for cancelled virtual courses bundled with hardware.

To cancel or reschedule your enrollment in a class, contact your Enrollment Specialist.

Rockwell Automation strongly suggests that students only make refundable travel and lodging arrangements.

Rockwell Automation reserves the right to alter course schedules, content, limit class size, reschedule, discontinue, or cancel courses.
